Social Media Creative

We are looking for talented Social Media Creatives to form our Social Media Managemnt Team. You will be responsible for creating original text, graphic and  video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will be responsible for crafting our social media presence in an engaging and cohesive way to promote our goals and services.

As a Social Media Creative, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of customer engagement.

Perform research on current trends and audience preferences
Design and implement social media strategy to align with our goals
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing and events to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media account design (e.g. timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

We anticipate that this shared role will require a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week from team members.

Membership Administrator

The Membership Administrator role provides support to the wide variety of activities delivered by Gravesham Pride.

You will be managing membership lists of the various social and business groups we engage with.
Working with group leaders to schedule meetings and social events.
Creating invitations, reminders and monitoring attendance.
Maintaining the mailing lists generated by our website, social media posts and events.
Working with the events and marketing teams to deliver targeted content.
Monitoring website activity and dealing with customer support issues.

A solid background in administration is required for this role. It is expected that you will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, or a similar suite of applications, as well as being fully competent with working online.

We expect this role to require a minimum of 4 hours per week.
